Frank Brandon and his wife, Barbara, presented the Natural State Tartan to Governor Mike Huckabee on the first Tartan Day in a ceremony at the Arkansas State Capitol. Arkansas tartans, symbolic of the state, are unique cloth patterns using the traditional Scottish plaid. The colors signify the state, its settlers, and its resources.
