The Dover to Clarksville Road was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Dover to Clarksville Road is an early nineteenth-century road through what is now Pope and Johnson counties. A surviving segment of the road is significant for its connections with routes taken during the Indian Removal of the 1830s.
