The Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame was incorporated. The 13,975-square-foot Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame Museum opened in what was then Alltel Arena (now Simmons Bank Arena) in downtown North Little Rock (Pulaski County) in 2007.
