The Museum of Black Arkansans and Performing Arts Center, originally known as Ernies Museum on Black Arkansans (EMOBA), is housed in the old First Baptist Church located adjacent to the historic Quapaw Quarter of Little Rock (Pulaski County). Founded in 1993, the museum is the first in Arkansas dedicated exclusively to preserving the history and culture of black Arkansans.
