One of the attractions of the historic Scott Plantation Settlement located in Scott (Pulaski County) is the restored Cotton Belt train depot. The removal and restoration of the building was made possible by a grant from the Stella Boyle Smith Foundation. Today known as the Stella Boyle Smith Orientation Center, it houses the site gift shop and offices.
