Long before Frank White was elected the forty-first governor of Arkansas in 1980, he had established himself as a prominent business executive. Moving to Arkansas in the early 1960s, he quickly became a successful account executive at Merrill-Lynch & Co. In 1973, he joined the management at Commercial National Bank in Little Rock (Pulaski County). The creative flyer shown here was designed to entice prospective clients to contact White for financial assistance.
