William Kretsinger

William O. Kretsinger, an officer in the Fifty-sixth U.S. Colored Infantry Regiment, formerly the Third Arkansas Infantry (African Descent), was cited for gallantry at the Action at Wallace’s Ferry on July 26, 1864.
