USS Arkansas (M-7)

Four months from being commissioned, the monitor USS Arkansas (M-7) has its armament installed at the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co.; July 1, 1902. The ship in the background is the battleship USS Missouri (BB-11).
