Sutterfield House

Newton Sutterfield Homestead, located on Horton Hill Road in Alco (Stone County); June 9, 2016. Believed to have been built circa 1850, the homestead is one of the few structures in Stone County to have survived the Civil War. The house was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
