Purported de Soto Soldier Grave

Rumored grave of one of Hernando de Soto’s soldiers in Fairview Cemetery at Van Buren (Crawford County); 2010.

Grave with marker and flat stone blocks with plaque and flowers and a sign saying "Legend says this is grave of one of DeSoto's men. Marks on headstone may be Masonic emblem."
