Railroad Tunnel

Digging the Little Rock & Fort Smith Railroad tunnel near Conway (Faulkner County); circa 1903. This photograph was taken when the two crews of the tunnel construction company—Dalhoff Construction Co. of Little Rock (Pulaski County)—met underneath Cadron Ridge.
