Woo Pig Brie

Jody Hardin of Scott Heritage Farm in Scott (Pulaski and Lonoke counties) hand-milks a pig to obtain milk for the production of Woo Pig Brie cheese, a product that originated in the University of Arkansas Food Science Department in 1969 and is now produced by Scott Heritage Farm for sale at farmers’ markets and boutique grocers.
