Faubus Home

J. S. Faubus homestead near Combs (Madison County). Orval Faubus lived there from 1910 to 1925. He was born in a log house known as the Carroll Place about a mile away, and his parents moved with him to this site when he was less than one year of age. His four sisters and two brothers were born in this house.
