Ephraim and Barsheba Rushing

Ephraim Owen “Eaf” Rushing and Barsheba Elizabeth Holland Rushing. Eaf was the first postmaster of Rushing (Stone County), and the post office was named for him, a veteran of the Union army who had fought in the Battle of Vicksburg.
