Clinton Quilt

On August 16, 1986, thousands of people attended Governor Bill Clinton’s fortieth birthday party at the Hall of Industry at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds in Little Rock (Pulaski County). Attendees were invited to sign this quilt to commemorate the governor’s birthday. It was made by Mildred Delores Steele.
