Charles Spurgeon Ruck

Charles Spurgeon Rucks (1893-1924), son of Charles Rucks and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Beachum. He was one of three men charged with murdering Effie Latimer, an event that sparked the Catcher Race Riot.
