Bill Clinton Signing Act 1092 for Arkansas Children’s Hospital

Governor Bill Clinton signs Act 1092 of 1979, which provided partial funding for the construction and equipping of a Level III neonatal intensive care nursery at Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH).
