Akron Cemetery

The Akron Cemetery, all that remains of the community of Akron (Independence County), located on Highway 122 south of Newark (Independence County). The sign is visible just before the Oil Trough (Independence County) bridge; October 18, 2015. The cemetery is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
