Trooper Receives Award

Arkansas State Trooper Dempsie Coffman receives Trooper of the Year award from Governor Bill Clinton. Coffman was commended for saving a woman who suffered a heart attack. Coffman and his wife stand to the right of Governor Clinton; December 1979.
