Sperindio Hotel

Sperindio Hotel, located at 113 West 2nd Street in Little Rock (Pulaski County); circa 1873. The hotel was remodeled in 1879 and became the first location of what is now the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The site is now a parking lot at the southeast corner of 2nd and Louisiana streets.
