Bobby Roberts at Arcade Groundbreaking

Bobby L. Roberts at the groundbreaking for the Arcade Building in the River Market District of downtown Little Rock (Pulaski County). The structure houses retail space, a restaurant, office space, archival space for the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and the CALS Ron Robinson Theater; October 2012.
