Pine Bluff Arsenal Transfer

U.S. Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Charles Edwards (standing, right), formally receives the transfer of the biological facilities of the Pine Bluff Arsenal; 1971. The National Center for Toxicological Research opened at the site the following year.
