LRAFB KC-135 Christening

Pam Jackson (Miss Arkansas, 1963) christens the KC-135 The City of Little Rock; circa 1963. The aircraft was assigned to the Seventieth Air Refueling Squadron, which remained after the Seventieth Wing departed at the close of the B-47 era (1955-1964), upgraded from KC-97s to KC-135s, and remained in service through the B-58 era (1964-1970) and beyond.
