Jonas Tebbetts

Washington County civic leader Jonas Tebbetts (right) with Colonel Clark Wright of the 6th Missouri Cavalry; date unknown. Due to his Unionist loyalties, Tebbetts was arrested on charges of treason and briefly imprisoned.
