Indian Extents Map

The territorial demarcations of the three main tribes who occupied Arkansas around 1750: the Quapaw, the Caddo, and the Osage. The Osage mainly lived in what is today Oklahoma and Missouri, but they considered northwest Arkansas to be their hunting grounds.
