Hotel Charmaine

Hotel Charmaine, located at the corner of 14th and Izard streets in Little Rock (Pulaski County). Originally a hospital, the building remodeled into a hotel, becoming Little Rock’s leading African-American hotel. In 1961, the hotel was razed to make way for the expansion of Philander Smith College.
