Eugene Talburt

Eugene Talburt of Optimus (Stone County) at the 1941 Stone County Folkways Festival at the Blanchard Springs Recreation Area. This was the only Folkways Festival ever held due to Pearl Harbor being bombed a few months later. The festival was revived years later as the Arkansas Folk Festival.
