Fair Use of Materials
Fair use of copyrighted materials encompasses non-commercial educational purposes. Such use of both media and text does not require explicit permission from the CALS Encyclopedia of Arkansas. All such cases of fair use must acknowledge and cite the CALS Encyclopedia of Arkansas, or the copyright holders of specific media items, as the source of the content in question.
